Julia is a Senior Coach and Program Leader in ECI. Coaching since 2000, she devotes much of her time to working with entrepreneurs and executives to create businesses that are a source of growth, profitability, and fulfillment. This comes after holding key positions in internationally renowned design firms in the USA, Australia and Singapore and hitting her peak as VP Creative to search for more in life.

She found her passion in paying forward the contributions by her own coaches leading to her personal and professional growth and awakening, for which she is deeply grateful. Julia is presently the Managing Director and an Executive Coach of AdvantEdge Coaching Pte Ltd which delivers world-class executive coaching to leading organizations in Asia.

Julia is also the Creative Director of Sightworks, a creative consultancy which she founded in 2000. Armed with 17 years of experience in corporate branding and design, she coaches in visual literacy and design for business in addition to designing for a select clientele.

Julia's coaching style is straight and grounded in reality. She brings forth clarity and certainty through deepening inquiry, distinguishing frameworks, and working with distinctions and practical tools.
