Background

Executive Coach International Pte Ltd (ECI) was founded by Kelvin Lim Kian Meng since 2003, second in Asia to be recognized as a Master Certified Coach and has been coaching since 1997. With his practical experience and track record of successful cases, it has led us to distill excellent working principles into our coaching methodology.

Within the next 4 years, Executive Coach International Pte Ltd became one of the leading coaching organizations in the region, boasting the largest body of Internationally Qualified Coaches to be certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) based in the USA. We have been evolving her training, coaching and development technology every year to ensure our success rate stays above 95%, and built up a strong word of mouth reputation that spans several countries in Asia including Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei.

In 2010, ECI obtained recognition as an ACSTH qualified coaching school by the ICF, USA. This means that we have met Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours recognized with standards and quality. Who we are not – We are not a motivation school or MLM. Neither are we biased towards or against any religion.

We are simply a school providing services and classes that encourage self discovery, understanding and thus, personal power.

Who Are We?

We are a group of trained and professional Life Coaches and Life Trainers who aim to make a positive difference in your life.

Our trainers have at least 3 years of experience in coaching and working with clients on achieving results, before they are allowed to train. They undergo intense training and require field experience assisting and supporting main trainers before they are allowed to deliver trainings. These trainers also hold full time jobs, or run businesses in their own time, which allows them to bring real life experience into their classes. Our trainers are in the midst of qualifying for WDA certifications.

Leading by example, our Life Coaches spur you to create the life you have always wanted. Each qualified coach is challenged to work/school full time alongside taking up coaching assignments. This way, our coaches always walk the talk and do their work, even before they call upon you to do yours. Youthful, fresh, dynamic and ambitious, Executive Coach International Life Coaches have a wealth of experience behind them. There are no clients our Life Coaches cannot take on.
