The 2 principles we work off are Courage and Wisdom. Courage fuels action, and wisdom facilitates the ability to discern.

Human beings are creatures of pattern, we do and react to things the same way over again, even if it isn't the most effective or fastest way to getting what we want. Any change requires the breaking out of a familiar zone, and that requires courage.

In the study of oneself's construct (behaviours, habits, characteristics, mentalities) - and how they came about - we can pinpoint precisely what's needed to alter, freeing the person up do something new, something exceptional from his normal routine.

The effectiveness comes from the revelation of a truth, or blindspot, that once discovered, does make a difference to the way the client thinks and/or feels about the situation he's dealing with. This is also known as a paradigm shift, the movement of a persons' 'position' that opens new doors to alternate viewpoints from which the client can consider and strategise, before taking the next appropriate action.

The 9 Core Conversations™ refer to the topics of life that every human being revolves around.

The conversations start in an ascending order, first beginning with Money, Resources and Survival. As a person evolves and becomes more successful, he works his way up the ladder of conversations, gaining more competency in each before he advances to the next.

This model allows one to quickly locate where they stand in the core conversations of life, and from there, identify the mechanics that need to be worked on that will keep him stable as he climbs his way to the top.
