Once featured in “Future Faces of Brunei” by Asia Inc. Magazine, Soon has come a long way since his MBA days in Harvard Business School. Shortly after he graduated, he worked with 2 schoolmates and raised US$38M, starting an IT venture in Silicon Valley. He moved on to ventures in Canada and Brunei, and eventually settled to becoming the one of the youngest Vice President in the regional office of AXA Japan & Asia Pacific. Focusing on Strategy and Business Development, Soon managed regional projects for AXA covering 11 countries, and the S$120M personal line portfolio for AXA Insurance Singapore.

Soon came across coaching in 2006 and in late 2007, decided to focus on developing a corporate coach/training arm of Executive Coach International Pte Ltd, called ‘Advantage Coaching Pte Ltd’. His ability to work well with people, and his intensity in propelling himself and his teams forward has gained him much respect amongst his peers. Clients know Soon to be warm, fun and extremely supportive in their crafting of new realities. As a pastime, Soon enjoys movies, books and his computer.
