Since encountering transformational coaching in Executive Coach International Pte Ltd 4 years ago, Lin now runs the overall operations for the organization, which includes expansions into Eastern Europe and Malaysia in the last 13 months. At 24, she is considerably the youngest in Asia to be Internationally certified as a coach. She currently also leads internal coaching programs and trainings for the clients and trainees.

Lin’s combination of strength and spontaneous fun-living spirit has brought her a string of attainments throughout her youth. Since her first ballet performance on stage at 8 and a solo piano recital at 9, she moved on to bigger dance platforms that landed her gigs at clubs, street festivals, The S.E.A. Games, National Day Parade and features in local media including The New Paper, LIFE! and MTV. Back in school, Lin held leadership positions in the Prefectorial Board, and was recognized for her outstanding achievements in both language and sports. By 15, she was leading a company of 50 Girl Guides that gained respect and recognition by winning several awards for the school. She moved on to major in Fashion Design, creating design pieces that showcased in exhibitions, TEEN Magazine, local multi-media videos and won 2nd place in a local costume design competition.

In addition to her compassionate nature and a love for innovation, Lin’s grooming in her versatility of skills facilitates her in the running of the business of people.

“How has coaching caused an impact on you and your clients?”

“In ECI’s transformational coaching, I found a channel that manifests my dream and ambition since young – making a difference to this world. Kelvin’s coaching woke me up to how I can and need to change who I am first. Since then, my capacity has enlarged tremendously, and the freedom I get from that allows me to encompass not only my ever-developing self, but more of my loved ones and the rest of the human race. The feeling of being in-touch with Life is amazing, and the aliveness spills over into all the other areas of my life and the people who surround me. In finding who I am, the freedom and beauty of the human spirit never ceases to inspire me, and I see that in people and our clients. It is my intention that our clients experience their love and beauty for themselves such that they become powerful contributions, not leeches, to their society and world, and learn for themselves the importance in standing for and defending their cause of what’s right.
