Eileen has done what most individuals her age, and older, can only dream of. At 21, she raised a total sum of S$150k within 7 weeks and in less than 2 months, set up a well-received fashion brand and business that operates out of the trendy Haji Lane. Her brand and fashion merchandise sell world-wide and have been featured in numerous magazines and websites. Her opening fashion show, which showcased in Singapore’s biggest club, ‘St. James Power House’, was attended by almost 1000 people. She is currently in the midst of setting up her second fashion business.

Eileen’s exceptional ability started showing up in Secondary School - She was the school's Head Prefect and the President of the Debate Club. This groomed the current qualities she is now known for amongst her fellow coaches and clients –her flair in her resourcefulness and perfectionism. On top of this, Eileen’s spontaneity and love for life evidences itself in her hobbies – traveling, food-tripping and scuba-diving.

Eileen’s coaching track records prove that good coaching is not a matter of age – her (normally older) clients achieve far more than what they set out as targets. Her latest results include quadrupling performance and income from S$6k to S$24k. This effectiveness stems from her direct and efficient coaching that forwards her clients in doing work that makes a difference such that they become independent empowered individuals after the official coaching ends.

"What did coaching bring to your life that inspires you to keep going?”

I was looking for a direction in my life. As a student, I didn’t dare to dream. It seems impossible to get what I want. I always thought my dreams can only be fulfilled at a later age, like 30. After TCC, I took up the courage to create my perfect world. I brought my future to present by setting up my fashion business within 7 weeks. I realised how everything is possible, and all it takes is to believe in the possibility of fulfilling the dream, and fulfil it!

There’s so much I have experienced in ECI programs, and I want to pay forward by forwarding people’s growth, the way my coach did."
