Dionis is ambitious: By 24, she has created 3 major platforms that are out to make a mark internationally. In 2006, she co-founded The Digital Movement (www.thedigitalmovement.org) that aims to change the outlook of high technology entrepreneurship in Singapore by propelling Singapore into the forefront of innovation and technology and into the league of digital leaders world wide. Within 9 months, TDM put together a 600 people conference that involved Andreas Weigend (former chief scientist of Amazon.com), David Gan (former CEO of INTEL China) Naphan Torkington (O-reilly Radar) & Reza Behnam (Managing director of Yahoo SE, Reza Behnam).

All this was inspired by her 1-year overseas internship stint at a high technology startup in Philadelphia (USA) and her studying part-time the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League school.

She also recently set up a fashion apparel company, MTLV Couture Pte Ltd, specializing in Designer Big John Jeans from Japan, and her online photo finishing portal, Printeet.com.

Dionis is always seeking out opportunities to grow and expand her horizon. She came across coaching in 2005 and found it a very meaningful hobby that she enjoys doing on top of her full time commitments. As a coach, she goes much deeper than her gentle demeanor - she is known to be extremely strict about achieving targets. Being a busy individual, her emphasis is on efficiency and effectiveness, and it shows in her juggling and excelling in all fronts.

“What I love about coaching is that while we help a client grow, the coach also has to put in effort into their lives to make them grow too. A coach has to be in the process of forwarding his life to earn the right to kick their clients into motion to create exceptional breakthroughs and deep realizations. For me, seeing someone else's life improve and take phenomenon turns in their lives forms a continuous source of inspiration to do the same in my own life!"
