What Makes an ECI Coach
A huge part of the effects of coaching come from the coach.
The coach is the one behind what brings the tools to life, presents a window for realizations, focuses and re-focuses the client on their intended results and runs with them right through the finishing line.
It is therefore important that a coach is an individual our clients feel comfortable with, based on trust and reliability. While it is important that a coach has a good standard of skills, it is equally or maybe more important that a coach has a solid set of morals and values.
In ECI, our coaches are exclusively picked and groomed. We work on our coaches first, ensuring they have the ability to function successfully in life, on top of building the disciplines necessary and aligning their intentions. As coaches play a heavy role as a catalyst, it is crucial that our coaches embrace the following:
1) significant results and change in their lives out of their own efforts
2) genuine interest and curiosity in people and life
3) thirst for self-growth, exploration and answers
4) dedication in their work and play
5) honor in their word and promises
6) integrity in their character and actions
7) freedom and respect in individuality
With these qualities integrated in themselves and their lives, they can then bring forth what it takes to support another life.
As every client has his unique identity, we work around it to get the job done, optimizing who he is rather than moulding him into someone he's not. Our coaches are trained in their ability to fit themselves into their client needs and wants, without losing their personal style.
